What the integration does
Connect your CRM once and your contacts become leads you can put into email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp sequences, with no CSV exports. Sequenz reads your contacts, companies and deals from your CRM, and logs every email, reply, WhatsApp message and booked meeting back as an activity.

Nothing on your companies or deals.
After the first import, Sequenz pulls what changed in your CRM every 15 min on Growth, every 5 min on Scale and every 1 min on Enterprise. A contact who is already a lead is updated, never added twice.
Before you start
- A Sequenz workspace on Growth or higher (from €69 per seat a month, or €55 billed yearly). CRM sync is not part of the 14-day trial or Starter; on those you can bring leads in from a CSV file or a Google Sheet instead.
- A CRM account you can sign in to and approve apps for.
- One CRM per workspace: to switch CRMs, disconnect the current one first.
Connect your CRM
- In Sequenz, open Automations, then Channels, then CRM.
- Next to your CRM, click Connect. Sequenz sends you to your CRM to sign in.
- Sign in, choose the account you want to connect, and approve the access.
- Back in Sequenz, pick the Data region for your CRM data, then accept your CRM’s data processing terms.
- Click the connect button to finish. The first import starts straight away and runs in the background, so you can keep working while it finishes.
A CRM account can be connected to one Sequenz workspace at a time. If it is already connected elsewhere, Sequenz says so and does not connect it twice.
Put CRM contacts into a campaign
- Open Campaigns and click New campaign.
- In the first step, choose Import leads into a new list, then From your CRM.
- Pick your CRM connection. You can narrow the contacts by their status in Sequenz, for example only New. Sequenz shows how many match and a few of them.
- Name the list and click Add. One add takes up to 10,000 contacts. Contacts who opted out or bounced join the list, but no campaign contacts them.
To add contacts to a campaign you already have, open it, go to its Leads tab and choose Add leads. Nothing is sent until you launch the campaign.
What Sequenz writes to your CRM
Each email sent, open, reply and bounce, each WhatsApp message, each LinkedIn action and each booked meeting is added to the contact in your CRM as an activity. They are collected and sent in small batches, so expect them within about an hour. A workspace admin can switch any of these kinds off under Details on the connection.
Sequenz adds activities to your CRM. Depending on your CRM, it can also set a contact’s lead status when a campaign step says so, and copy a name, email or phone you correct on the lead. It never edits or deletes your companies or deals, and it never creates custom fields or objects.
Disconnect
In Sequenz, open Channels, then CRM, and click Disconnect…. Sequenz then ends its access to your CRM and deletes the sign-in tokens it stored. Leads already imported stay in Sequenz until you delete them.
Always disconnect from Sequenz. Removing the app inside your CRM alone may not end the connection in Sequenz.
Your data
The primary home of your data is the UK (London). The tokens your CRM gives us are stored encrypted, and Sequenz never sees your CRM password. Read how we handle personal data in our privacy notice, and the data processing agreement that covers your workspace.
Help and support
Write to info@sequenz.ai or use the contact form. Tell us your workspace name and what you saw; never send a password.
