Sequenz handles the repetitive part of outbound prospecting, from personalised cold emails to LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups, so your team spends its time on conversations.
Uses each lead’s role, company and industry from your CRM to write messages that sound like you did the homework.
How CRM sync worksEmail, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps, drafted for each lead in your voice. You review before anything goes out.
Every channel Sequenz writes forSends inside the hours you set, with email timed to each lead’s time zone where it is known. A real reply on any channel stops the rest.
How sending is pacedEvery answer lands in one inbox, sorted into six types, with a reply drafted for you to approve.
How the inbox worksFour steps from lead list to booked meeting, each one a screen in the app. You decide what gets sent and who gets it.
Connect HubSpot or Pipedrive, or drop in a CSV or Google Sheet. Salesforce and Zoho are coming soon.
The AI drafts every step for each lead across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. Edit anything, approve, done.
Before you launch, see exactly how many leads you can reach on each channel. No surprises after you press go.
Replies arrive sorted, with an answer drafted. One reply stops the sequence everywhere, so nobody gets a follow-up after saying yes.
Every channel runs inside daily limits that protect your domain and your LinkedIn profile. You can see them, and on paid plans you can change them.
| Limit | Default | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| LinkedIn connection requests | 20 a day80 a week | Requests past the limit wait for tomorrow. Nothing is dropped. |
| 200 a dayper user | Across all your mailboxes, and each mailbox has its own cap too. The rest wait until there is room. | |
| 100 a day | Only to leads with recorded opt-in. Growth and above. | |
| Pacing | 45 to 180 srandom gaps | Actions are spread out at random, never fired in a burst. |
| New LinkedIn account | 5 to 20 a dayrising 2 a day | Activity ramps up gradually while the account builds a normal pattern. |
| Safety stop | 5 failuresin a row | If 5 connection requests in a row fail, Sequenz stops that account’s LinkedIn activity until you press Resume. |
| Raising a limit | Explicit confirm | Paid plans can raise a limit after a clear confirmation. Trial accounts stay locked at the defaults. Every change is logged. |
Connect a mailbox, bring your leads, launch. No setup call and no sales demo.

For one person running outbound on email and LinkedIn.
For teams adding WhatsApp and a synced CRM.
For high-volume teams and agencies.
For organisations that need API access and a dedicated manager.
Outbound touches personal data from the first import, so we show our work.
Sequenz asks Google only for what the features you turn on need, and only when you connect. Here is each permission and what it is used for.
Email text goes to OpenAI in two cases: when you open a reply with AI reply drafts on (the default), to draft an answer, and when a bounce notice is unclear, to tell an out-of-office from a dead address. Sequenz asks OpenAI not to store it, OpenAI does not use it to train models, and a draft is never sent without your click. If you connect a CRM, each reply is also logged there with its first words; and the first words of a reply appear in your own notifications and in the email we send you when a campaign gets its first reply. Sequenz never sells your Google data, never uses it for ads or credit decisions, and never uses it to train AI models. People at Sequenz do not read it, except to investigate abuse or a security problem, when the law requires it, or once it is anonymised and aggregated to run the service. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
It works like an SDR on your team: it takes leads from your CRM or a list, writes a personal sequence for each across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, sends it from your own accounts, and brings the replies back sorted. You approve the replies you send.
Both, in one sequence. Sequenz sends personalised cold emails and follow-ups from your own Gmail or Outlook, runs LinkedIn connection requests and messages in the cloud, and adds WhatsApp on Growth and above. A reply on any channel stops the other steps, and every reply lands in one inbox.
No. Sequenz can draft a reply for you, but you read it, edit it and send it. Every reply that leaves your account is one you approved.
HubSpot and Pipedrive today. Salesforce and Zoho are coming soon. You can also import from Google Sheets or a CSV file on any plan.
From your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox, which you connect in a couple of clicks. Replies arrive in that mailbox as normal and appear in the Sequenz inbox too.
No tool can guarantee LinkedIn won’t restrict an account. Sequenz lowers the risk: 20 connection requests a day to start, random 45 to 180 second gaps, a gradual ramp for new accounts, and a stop after 5 failed requests in a row until you press Resume.
Your campaigns pause and your data is kept. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Pick a plan whenever you’re ready and carry on where you left off.
Connect your mailbox, bring your leads and your AI SDR starts working this afternoon.
