Yes. Move from monthly to annual at any time, and the annual discount of about 20% applies from your next renewal. Moving from annual back to monthly takes effect at the end of the paid year.
After 14 days your campaigns pause until you pick a plan. Nothing is sent without an active plan. Your data, sequences and connected channels stay in place, so you carry on where you left off.
No. You add billing details only when you choose a plan, so there is nothing to cancel if Sequenz is not for you.

You bring your own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup. Meta bills you directly for conversations at its published rates, and Sequenz adds no per-message margin. WhatsApp is part of Growth and above at no extra per-seat charge.
