Analytics

Numbers you can trust. Not vanity opens.

Sequenz reports reply rate with auto-replies and out-of-office messages taken out, and treats open rate as a soft signal, because Apple Mail Privacy Protection inflates it. The headline number is the one tied to real conversations.

Sequenz is the AI SDR for B2B sales teams in Europe. Analytics shows what its campaigns actually produced.

Honest by default

Reply rate leads. Open rate knows its place.

Open tracking became unreliable when Apple Mail started pre-loading images, marking messages as opened whether or not anyone read them. So Sequenz leads with replies from real people.

1Platform Intelligence Score

A score that grows with what Sequenz learns.

It starts at 100 and adds points for every reply and bounce Sequenz analyses, for each pattern it finds in your results (your best template, segment and send time) and, most of all, for every meeting booked. You see your own score from Starter up. From Growth up, you also see your percentile against comparable workspaces.

2Cohort benchmarks

See how you compare to senders like you.

A reply rate only means something next to a baseline. Benchmarks put your numbers beside comparable senders, so you know whether a result is strong or ordinary for your space. They are aggregate and de-identified: no single sender's data is ever shown.

3Campaign drill-down

From the whole workspace to one campaign.

Open any campaign to see sends, genuine replies, meetings booked, bounces and unsubscribes, with a breakdown per step and the same honest reply rate at the top. Zoom out to compare campaigns and trends on the same definitions.

How it works in detail

How does Sequenz count your results?

  1. Replies are sorted first

Every inbound email is sorted by fixed rules into a human reply, an out-of-office notice, a bounce, an unsubscribe or a spam complaint. Only human replies count toward the email reply rate, so holiday responders never inflate it.

  2. Opens are shown with care

Open tracking is off unless you switch it on for your workspace. When it is on, you see opens with Apple Mail Privacy Protection opens taken out by default, and the raw figure beside it.

  3. Meetings come from real events

A meeting counts when someone books through your connected Calendly, from Growth up, or when you mark a conversation as Meeting booked in the inbox.

  4. A/B tests pick winners on replies

From Growth up, a step can test up to 4 variants. Each needs at least 200 sends before a check runs, a winner needs p below 0.05, and a test with no winner by 500 sends per variant is called inconclusive. Opens never decide it.

  5. Benchmarks wait for a real cohort

Peers are grouped by industry, offer type and sequence length. A cohort benchmark appears only once at least 50 workspaces are in it, and only aggregate percentiles are stored, never one workspace’s figures.

Questions, answered.

Why does Sequenz lead with reply rate instead of open rate?

Because opens stopped being reliable. Apple Mail Privacy Protection loads images for the reader, so many emails register as opened whether or not anyone read them. A reply is a person answering you, so it is the number Sequenz puts first and the only one an A/B test uses to pick a winner.

Does the reply rate count out-of-office messages?

No. Inbound email is sorted before anything is counted, and only human replies go into the email reply rate. Out-of-office notices, bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints are kept out. An out-of-office notice also pauses that lead until the date they are back instead of ending the sequence.

How does A/B testing choose a winner?

Automatically, on reply rate, from Growth up. Each variant needs at least 200 sends before the test is checked, and a winner is declared only at p below 0.05. If no variant wins by 500 sends each, the test is marked inconclusive. You can stop a test early, but you cannot pick a winner by hand.

Which plans include the Intelligence Score and benchmarks?

Starter and every plan above it show your own Intelligence Score. From Growth up you also see your percentile against a cohort of comparable workspaces, once that cohort has at least 50 members. The free trial does not include the score; it starts with your first paid plan.
